Creating an event means filling in forms: name, date, location, ticket types, prices, VAT, stock. That can be quicker. The DN Ticket dashboard has an assistant you simply tell what you want. It asks about anything still missing and gets everything ready. You read it over and press save.
✓ No KVK registration needed to start · ✓ The assistant is included with every account
Four steps, and the last one is always yours.
“Create an event for the staff party on 12 December.” That is all you need to get started.
What time it starts, where it is, which tickets belong to it, how many of each type. One question at a time, so it stays a conversation instead of a form.
Every field filled in: name, date, short code, prices, VAT, stock and scanning rules. If something is not right, you change it on the spot.
Only once you press save does it appear in your dashboard. The assistant never writes anything away itself.
Setting up a new event, from the name to the ticket types
Adding or changing ticket types: price, quantity, VAT and how often a ticket may pass the gate
Changing an existing event, for example having a description written or adjusting a time
Looking up what you want to know: how much has been sold, what is ready, where an order has ended up
The assistant makes proposals, not changes. It cannot delete anything and it never opens your sales. A new event arrives with sales closed, so you can read everything through calmly before the first ticket goes over the counter. You see every text it writes first, and whatever you save sits in your own shop and remains your own responsibility.
No. The assistant is included with your account. You have a number of messages per day and per month, and that number grows with your sales: sell more tickets and you can use it more. If you still need more, you can request it in the panel.
No, you choose an image yourself. The proposal includes a button to upload one.
The assistant only works within your own environment and never sees another organisation's data. What you ask it is used to answer you, not to train a model.
No. Everything the assistant does you can also do yourself in the dashboard. It is there for when you want it to go faster.
The assistant is marked beta in your dashboard. It works, and we are building it out further based on what organisers do with it. So always read a proposal over before you save it.
The assistant is included with every account. Create a free account and set up your first event by telling it what you want.
