Frequently asked questions

I have not received my ticket. What should I do?

Check your spam folder first. Not there either? Contact us via info@dnticket.nl with your order number and email address. We will resend the ticket as soon as possible.

Can I exchange or return my ticket?

Tickets are in principle non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of an event, the organizer will contact you. See also the terms and conditions for more information.

My payment failed. What should I do?

Try the payment again via the ticket shop. Has the amount already been debited but you have not received a ticket? Contact us via info@dnticket.nl with your order number and we will investigate this immediately.

I am an organizer and have a question about my account or payout.

Contact us via info@dnticket.nl or call 085 087 0250. Please include your company name and event name for faster handling.

How long does it take for a complaint to be handled?

DN Ticket responds to complaints within 14 days. Complaints concerning a specific event are forwarded to the relevant organizer.

Where is my data stored?

DN Ticket is developed entirely in the Netherlands. All data is stored on servers within the EU: primarily in the Netherlands, with backup in Germany and redundancy in France. Data is never transferred to countries outside the EU or EEA. More information can be found in our privacy policy.

I want to start as an organizer with DN Ticket. How do I do that?

Create a free account directly via dashboard.dnticket.nl/register.php. Do you have more than 500 tickets to sell or would you like personal assistance with the setup? Contact us via info@dnticket.nl.
