Service fee

The buyer

Visitors pay a small service fee on top of the ticket price. This is standard across all ticket platforms. You set the ticket price — the service fee is automatically added on top for the buyer.

In your dashboard you can see exactly what visitors pay and what you receive. There is no difference between what you set and what gets paid out. The full ticket price you determine is yours.

What does ticket sales via DN Ticket cost for the organiser?

Who pays the service fees?
The buyer pays a service fee per ticket on top of the ticket price you set. You receive the full ticket price. Nothing is deducted from your revenue.

No. As an organiser you pay nothing for the software. Optional hardware rental (scanners, walkie-talkies) is booked separately and the price is agreed clearly in advance.
When are ticket revenues paid out?
You choose whether you want to be paid out weekly or monthly. After the event, the remaining balance is processed as quickly as possible.
What does it cost to rent scanners?
